We've been offering generous, simple, top-quality dishes since 1972. Speaking of “simple,” we don't even have a kitchen! Our cuisine is still what it was 50 years ago: an authentic, top-quality Majorcan torrada (barbecue).
There are no cooks in our kitchen, just butchers. The meat is really fresh because it’s cut to order. Our process goes like this: you order your favorite meat, the butcher cuts the piece and prepares it for the grill, and finally we grill it specifically to your taste.
Our meat is seasoned with a traditional Majorcan picadillo with the best virgin olive oil. It is grilled to perfection over an oak and almond wood flame. On the side, our incredible fries with garlic and peppers, delicious aioli, and tomato sauce. Because we dedicate ourselves solely and exclusively to what we know how to do, our restaurant is specialized in grilled meat. We don't turn our back on tradition, but we get better everyday thanks to the quality, freshness, and flavor of our meat.
